Will I know what my plastic card will look like before it is printed?
Answer: We will be happy to provide you with a free PDF proof of what your card will look like.

How do I need to send you my designs?
Answer: You may email us your artwork or upload your artwork on our FTP site. For art specifications CLICK HERE

Once approval is given how long will it take to print?
Answer: Our production time is 10-14 business days once we have approval to print.


If I need something before that will you be able to help?
Answer: Yes, we are capable of providing a faster production time to meet your deadlines. A rush charge may apply.


Will your Plastic Cards work with my Point of Sale software?
Answer: Our cards are compatible with POS software providers. However from time to time we do come across exceptions.


Can I combine orders of different Plastic Cards, for example Gift and Loyalty?
Answer: Yes, on most cases we are happy to provide Combo orders as long as they have a common side.
